2. Services Offered
We offer the following in-studio beauty services in Chișinău, Moldova:
- Brow services (lamination, tinting, styling, architecture)
- Sugaring hair removal (face and body)
- Vibromatic body sculpting and contouring
We also offer online digital courses related to brow techniques and beauty education.
3. Appointments
3.1 Booking
Appointments can be requested via our website contact form, through our Stilio.md booking profile, or by calling or messaging us directly. All appointments are confirmed only upon direct confirmation from Marcela Cenusa.
3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of your booking slot.
3.3 Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to respect the time of other clients.
3.4 Health & Contraindications
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or health concerns that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to decline a service if we believe it may cause harm.
3.5 Photography & Client Images
With your explicit consent, before and after photos taken during or after your appointment may be used by Marcela Cenusa for promotional purposes, including on our website, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other marketing materials.
- You will always be asked for permission before any photo is shared publicly
- You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@marcelacenusa.com
- Withdrawal of consent will not affect images already published prior to your request
- You may request removal of any identifiable image by contacting us directly
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Moldovan Leu (MDL) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to your appointment. Payment is accepted in cash or by card at the studio.
5. Online Courses & Digital Products
5.1 Purchase
Online courses are sold as digital products. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your course materials via the method specified at the time of purchase.
5.2 Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all course sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us at info@marcelacenusa.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.
5.3 Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, written materials, images, and techniques, is the intellectual property of Marcela Cenusa. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any course content without written permission.
